A large case law database in the area of unpublished regional and higher court case law makes it easier for us to enforce our clients&#8217; interests in court. In the area of insurance law, we can draw on the many years of experience of our lawyers in dealing with the following types of insurance:  <\/p><ul><li>all life insurance policies sold in Germany (including unit-linked insurance policies, including British life insurance policies)<\/li><li>Company pension scheme<\/li><li>Occupational disability insurance<\/li><li>Accident insurance<\/li><li>Health insurance<\/li><li>Legal expenses insurance (including adjudication and coverage protection proceedings)<\/li><li>Distribution of insurance policies (commission claims, commercial agent and insurance intermediary law, recovery of assets)<\/li><li>D &amp; O and E &amp; O insurance<\/li><li>Financial loss insurance (representation of insurance and investment brokers\/advisors, medical liability, lawyers&#8217; liability, tax consultants&#8217; liability, etc.)<\/li><\/ul><p>We are familiar with the interfaces between the aforementioned types of insurance and insolvency, commercial and enforcement law. Our expertise in capital market law enables us to deal with life insurance policies structured as investment products. In the area of company pension schemes, we also focus on the areas of employment, tax and social security law.
