Compliance / Corporate Governance

As a component of corporate control, corporate compliance and corporate governance are part of the management of a company and the general duty of care of the company’s executive bodies. Careful risk analysis and, if necessary, the sanctioning of breaches by the company’s executive bodies is important. Typical elements of a compliance system include special control and monitoring obligations, including documentation obligations, information systems, compliance guidelines and codes of conduct, commitment statements, training, etc. We support companies throughout the entire process of implementing rules and management principles and, in cooperation with experts in commercial criminal law, train corporate bodies and employees in the rules and implementation of corporate compliance and corporate governance.
