Background

Christian Hansen is a founding partner of the firm and is responsible for national and international corporate and asset structuring as well as real estate transactions. He advises and supports multi-family offices, single-family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors in complex transactions and strategic decisions.

A particular focus of his work is the design of international structures and succession solutions. This includes the tax-optimized transfer of real estate portfolios and company shares, the protection of family assets, and the legally sound planning of business successions. Another focus is advising on exit taxation and developing structures for clients relocating their primary residence to EU and non-EU countries.

Christian Hansen also heads the firm’s offices in Switzerland and Austria and regularly advises clients on-site in target destinations such as the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

His international network and many years of experience in cross-border mandates enable him to develop solutions that are both legally precise and economically viable.

Drawing on his experience at leading consulting firms and his own entrepreneurial experience since 1996, he possesses a deep understanding of clients’ needs that extends beyond the legal and tax dimensions. His consulting services combine legal excellence with strategic vision and a clear understanding of business realities.
