Background

Attorney Alexander Lingert has many years of experience as a litigator in court and arbitration proceedings. His litigation expertise includes numerous successful appeals, as well as appeals and recognition proceedings related to national and international arbitral awards. Representing institutional and public investors in model proceedings for capital market investors is also a key focus of his litigation practice.

Furthermore, Attorney Alexander Lingert has represented and advised national and international companies, investors, and private clients for many years in corporate, banking, and civil law matters. Finally, as an experienced legal professional, he drafts contracts, amendments, and terms and conditions, and advises parties to purchase agreements in small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) transactions.
