German-qualified attorney

Background

Christian Steinpichler is a founding partner of the law firm and is responsible for international trade relations, particularly in German-Italian legal and economic transactions. He advises medium-sized companies in all areas of corporate law, including corporate succession, tax planning, and criminal tax law. He is a proven expert in matters relating to the social security obligations of managing partners. Thanks to his many years of experience as an entrepreneur, he has always pursued a holistic and solution-oriented approach to consulting and is familiar with the economic background and objectives of entrepreneurs, which he can support with the help of his network that has grown over many years. Representing clients’ interests goes beyond case-related work: various legislative projects can be traced back to his initiative, and through his association activities, he actively shapes the dialogue between parliament and various industries, especially the hospitality industry. His social commitment was particularly evident in the founding and management of a Ukrainian school, which was able to offer refugee children educational and psychological support during the most difficult time in the first months after the outbreak of war.
